1968 Dodge Charger, Original California Black Plate Vehicle. Note: This is not an R/T but a SE Charger automatic with PS, PB & AC, bucket seats and console that came with a 383 engine. I have original engine, the California black plate (included) and a copy of the original CA title showing 7200 miles when it was sold to the second owner. Mechanical: Engine: 383 bored .30 over built by PMR Racing Berlin CT. Also have original engine on stand (was running prior to being pulled. Based upon history about 107k on original engine although TMU.) * < 5000 miles on new engine. * Electric choke * Milodon main studs and 7 quart pan with windage tray. * Eagle H-beam rods. * JE Forged pistons. * Mopar stage 5 heads with mild porting. * Competition cam with roller rockers. * Edelbrock RPM Performer Carb and Intake. * Be Cool aluminum radiator with twin Spal fans. * Mopar aluminum pump housing w/ Milodon pump * MSD Pro Billet distributor, wires and 6AL box * K&N Air filter. Transmission: * Dynamic 727 with street/strip valve body. * Dynamic Converter with 2600 stall, also have 3500 stall * Transmission cooler. * Rear end: * 8 ¾ Mopar posi with 355 gears in a 489 case. * Green axle bearings with no end play adjustment. Suspension & Chassis: * HD rear leaf springs. * Complete rebuild of front end with Poly-graphite bushings * Clean no rust/minimal surface rust on chassis and structural components (see photos) Tires and Wheels: * Front 15x7 Magnums with 235 Eagle GT’s. * Rear 15x8 Magnums with 275 Eagle GT’s. Exhaust: * Hooker Super Comp headers HPC coated. * 2 ½ Aluminized exhaust with 3 chamber Flowmasters. * 2 ½ Stainless exhaust tip. Interior: * New front Legendary seat covers. * Pioneer stereo CD, MP3 compatible with 4 new speakers and new rear package tray. Misc. : * Power steering * Power brakes * Has original AC vents; working AC conversion to R-134 with Sander compressor. * Rear mounted battery. * Subframe connectors. * Re-chromed bumpers. Paint is original color and was repainted about 10 years ago and is in good condition as is vinyl top. To date everything on the vehicle works; headlights, interior lights, gauges, original radio, blinkers, horn, taillights. Car is ALWAYS garaged. NEVER driven in rain. Also included are some spare parts such as 3500 stall, front grill, clock, door handles and other small misc. Car is currently registered and insured. Tons of thumbs up drives!
