2.2 User Responsibility: You understand and acknowledge that for the race car marketplace, we merely provide a platform to facilitate transactions between users. While we strive to maintain a reliable and trustworthy environment, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the information provided by other users. It is your responsibility to exercise due diligence, verify the accuracy of any information, and evaluate the authenticity and condition of Items before entering into any transaction.
2.3 Our Responsibility:
2.3.1 Self-operated Items: For Items operated and sold by 51GT3 Co., Ltd., we take full responsibility for customer service, quality, and fulfillment. We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about such Items, including their condition, specifications, and pricing. Any disputes or concerns regarding 51gt3 carried Items should be directed to our customer support team.
2.3.2 User-Listed Items: For Items listed by other users on the Platform, we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the information provided. We are not a party to the transactions between users, and any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from or related to user-listed Items are solely between the buyer and seller. We encourage users to communicate and conduct transactions with honesty, transparency, and good faith.
2.4 Prohibited Activities: While using the Platform, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

2.5.2 User-Generated Content: By posting or submitting any content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce,
