Event Overview

Eligible cars and driver requirements

  • Eligible cars:
  • Cars that comply with GT3 technical regulations
  • Cars that comply with GT4 technical regulations
  • Cars that comply with GTC technical regulations
  • Driver license: Up to International B level accepted
  • Driver groups:
  • PRO group
  • PRO-AM group (AM + PRO)
  • AM group (AM + AM)
  • Number of drivers allowed per car: 1 driver or 2 drivers

Overview of the sporting regulations

  • Qualifying and grid:
  • Drivers participating in the first qualifying session must be the starting drivers of the first round
  • Drivers participating in the second qualifying session must be the starting drivers of the second round
  • For a two-driver team, each driver can only participate in one qualifying session
  • For a team with only one driver, the driver must participate in both qualifying sessions
  • Race duration: 55 minutes plus 1 lap
  • Starting procedure: All races will be started on the move
  • Refueling: Refueling is prohibited during all sessions
  • Minimum pit stop time: 55 seconds + pit lane time + driver combination balance time (pit lane time is calculated based on the 60 km/h speed limit)
  • BOP: Consistent with mainstream international events

Tire rules

  • Practice sessions:
  • Each car may register two sets of new dry tires for practice sessions
  • Teams may re-register two sets of tires from previously registered tires for practice sessions only
  • At the first race of the season, or for new cars added during the season, teams may choose to:
  • Register an additional set of new dry tires and an additional set of previously purchased Pirelli dry tires for practice sessions
  • Or register two additional sets of new dry tires for practice sessions
  • Qualifying and Race: Teams can register up to three sets of new dry tires for qualifying and races
  • Wet tires: Rain tires purchased during the season do not need to be registered
    *The new dry tires mentioned above must be purchased from the organizer and collected from Pirelli at the race site

Registration Fee

  • Full Season Participant Registration Fee: RMB 175,000/car
  • Includes entry fee, free practice, qualifying and race, garage (two cars per garage), 4 official VIP room tickets
  • Does not include data collector fees
  • Single Station Participant Registration Fee:
  • Shanghai Station Single Station Registration Fee: RMB 54,000/car
  • Tianjin Station/Zhuhai Station Single Station Registration Fee: RMB 42,000/car
  • Full-season early bird discount: Participants who register for the full season and submit the registration form and pay the registration fee in full before February 28, 2025 will receive a free set of official tires for the corresponding registered vehicle at the first stop of the season

Data collector

  • Developed and provided: Developed and provided by Stable and "Motorcycle Boy", and can be rented by the team
  • Rental price:
  • The rental price for single-station participants is RMB 2,800/station
  • The full-season registration fee paid by season participants includes the rental price of the data collector, and no additional rental fee is required
  • Deposit: A deposit of RMB 15,000 is required for both single-station and season participation, which will be refunded after the end of the sub-station/season
  • Data collector package includes:
  • Data acquisition device with SD card
  • High-definition on-board camera
  • 4G data telemetry module for online data detection
  • Boost pressure sensor (turbocharged racing car)
  • Interface type: Standard DTM 6-pin interface in accordance with FIA regulations

Official VIP Room

  • Service objects: Catering services are provided for drivers, teams, team guests, media, event officials and sponsors
  • Service content: Drinks, simple breakfast, formal lunch and afternoon coffee break will be provided on Saturday and Sunday of each race
