Philip Steinauer

In 1989, he drove a Renault 5 GTE Coupe for Switzerland and achieved a podium finish at the La Roche - La Berra race. Overall, I finished 9th in the Swiss Championship with 28 points.

In the race in Lignières, which did not count towards the Swiss Championship, he won after securing pole position and the fastest lap.

In the Swiss Slalom Championship, he achieved three victories and one second place, each with pole position and fastest lap.

In 1990, he competed again in the Swiss Renault 5 GTE Cup and became the overall winner of the Renault Cup with 120 points. He won seven races and achieved eight pole positions and five fastest laps.

He also won four other circuit races and hill climbs that did not count towards the championship, with four pole positions and three fastest laps.

In 1990, he also competed in the Swiss Slalom Championship and won all 5 races, each with pole position and fastest lap.

In 1991, Philip Steinauer competed in the entire season of the Swiss Formula 3 Championship, consisting of circuit races abroad and hill climbs. Formula 3 is the highest national racing category.

Philip Steinauer finished 7th in the overall standings of the Swiss Racing Car Championship, making him the highest-ranked rookie.

In the same year, he drove two more races in a Honda CRX production car, resulting in two podium finishes and one pole position.
