2012 Mercedes Benz C-Klasse Coupé DTM Chassis: RS 12-001 Monocoque Nr: V35-011 The Official Works Prototype Homologation Chassis. Built for the Homologation, Tests, Tech and Aero Evolution as well as promotional use of the new Monocoque based DTM series from 2012 till 2018. Fully restored and revised by German DTM Racecar Specialist. Ready to Race. Number 1 of only 8 Chassis built for the 2012 season and one of only 14 Chassis overall built for the complete Mercedes Benz DTM 2012-2018 campaign. One of the very rare Original Works Chassis in private hands. Due to the use for homlogation, Evolution and testing the car wasn´t used in heavy racing and is possibly the lowest mileage / hour Chassis in best technical condition of all built Mercedes Benz DTM Chassis. Even though the car was not raced the actual livery of the car is the 2014 Vietoris Nr 5 trim. The Bodywork is the highly developed early 2014 Aero stand. It is upgraded to the sophisticated 3rd Element Suspension 2015 Setup stand. After the homologation this chassis received Technical and Aerodynamical evolutions. Further in live it was used for promotional use and as a pit stop car. It was not planned by HWA AG to sell this chassis however through very good contacts and a lot of patience the current owner was able to purchase this chassis. The car was officially bought from the official manufacturer of Mercedes Benz Racing Cars HWA AG and comes with the original HWA purchase contract/invoice and the first original „Wagenpass“ from 2012.
