Since its establishment, Beijing Wings Racing has always taken "promoting the development of Chinese racing culture" as its mission, and is committed to building a professional track stage for car fans and helping drivers to advance and grow. Team manager Yang Yang plays multiple roles as a driver, engineer and manager. He led the team from the 2020 CEC National Cup debut to win the annual third place, to the 2023 National Cup 2000 group driver and team double champion, and then to "five fights and seven wins" in 2024 and won the National Cup 1600T group and 2000 group double driver championship. In just five years, the team has written a legendary chapter in China's endurance racing field with an astonishing growth rate.

Three cars attack: the new evolution of the champion team

In the 2025 season, Beijing Wings Racing will start the track journey with a stronger lineup:

**#917 Audi R8 GT4: **First appearance in the GT Cup, this Audi GT4 factory car will launch an impact on the GT4 group annual championship, showing the team's strategic layout in multiple events.

**#866 GR86 National Cup 2.0T Group: **Fully upgraded from the 2024 season 1600T group champion car, equipped with a 2.0T powertrain, the goal is to create "China's fastest endurance race self-developed racing car". Its technological breakthrough may redefine the performance benchmark of domestic racing cars.

**#861 GR86 National Cup 2000 Group: **As the annual champion car of the CEC National Cup 2000 Group in the 2023-2024 season, this "meritorious car" will continue to shoulder the important task of defending the title and become the core platform of the team's "New Star Driver Training Program", helping young drivers accumulate national competition experience and reserve strength for GT events.

Technology as the core: Winter preparations aim at Chengdu

In preparation for the opening race of the new season in Chengdu, the team entered the Chengdu Tianfu International Circuit a week in advance to carry out intensive driver adaptation training and car tuning. After a whole winter of research and development, the two GR86 cars have been fully upgraded. The 2.0T power system of the #866 car has been tested, and its stability and explosive power are highly anticipated. Yang Yang, the team manager and main driver, said: "This car is led by the local team from design to tuning. We believe it is a car that can rival the international factory team and even challenge their lap records."

Goal: Defend the title on both lines and challenge the international speed

In the 2025 season, Beijing Wings Racing has set three major goals: #861 and #866 cars will fully defend the annual championship honors of the National Cup 2000 Group and 2.0T Group, aiming for the annual honor of the National Cup! #917 Audi R8 GT4 expands the team's GT Cup competition territory and strives to break through the annual honor in the GT4 group; in addition, through participating in the competition, Beijing Wings Racing also hopes to achieve breakthroughs in independent research and development, including continuous optimization of the #866 car in actual combat, so that it can enter the "complete" state and face the performance competition of international factory cars.

Training through competition, cultivating future stars

In 2024, Zhang Zelong, a young driver cultivated by Beijing Wings Racing, performed well and won the annual driver championship of the National Cup 2000 group in one fell swoop, becoming a new star of CEC and even Chinese track racing. This season, Beijing Wings Racing will continue the original intention of "the sower of racing culture". The team will rely on the #861 car to carry out the "driver support plan". Through systematic training and practical guidance, it will help potential rookies quickly improve their skills and feel the charm of national endurance races. Yang Yang emphasized: "We must not only win in the present, but also provide more future forces that can control high-level racing for Chinese racing."

As a firm practitioner of China's local racing culture, Beijing Wings Racing is opening the peak battle of the 2025 season with the interweaving of technological innovation and youthful blood. At the end of May, Chengdu will be lit, and let's see how this champion team will continue its legend!
