After completing the Ningbo race in July, the 2025 Xiaomi China Endurance Championship officially entered its summer offseason. However, many participating teams haven't rested. Earlier, at the Shanghai International Circuit's open testing day, teams like 326 Racing Team, OK Racing, and LEVEL Motorsports all sent drivers to participate in testing, actively preparing for the remaining races of the season.

326 Racing Team: Fully Preparing for the Second Half of the Season

This season, the 326 Racing Team entered an Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II in the GT3 class of the Xiaomi China Endurance Championship GT Cup. At the Chengdu season opener, the No. 50 326 Racing Team, piloted by Wu Yifan and Liu Zichen, secured third place overall in two consecutive races, marking the team's debut in a national-level GT3 series with consecutive podium finishes. At the Ningbo round, the No. 50 car performed strongly, securing two consecutive victories. Wu Yifan and Liu Zichen secured the team's first GT3 championship.

Even during the offseason, the 326 Racing Team continued its progress. Both key drivers, Wu Yifan and Liu Zichen, participated in the test day at the Shanghai International Circuit.

During this test, the team prioritized driver fitness training, developing a comprehensive program of long-distance tests for both drivers. Wu Yifan completed 102 laps of the track in the #50 R8, training his focus. Liu Zichen also completed a lengthy test at the wheel, collecting extensive track data for the team's optimization of the car's setup.

Wu Yifan said: "The main goal of this test was to strengthen the driver's physical fitness. I completed three consecutive test sessions, totaling 102 laps, which put a great test on my concentration. I also hope that this test will help us continue to optimize the car's performance and strive for good results in the second half of the year."

OK Racing&LEVEL Motorsports:

Exploring a new racing field

OK Racing will bring two Audi RS3 OK Racing competes in the Xiaomi China Endurance Championship GT Cup TCE class. In the first two races of the season, OK Racing has demonstrated impeccable performance, securing four consecutive class victories and a commanding lead in the standings.

During the summer break, OK Racing partnered with LEVEL Motorsports to operate a Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO car for a test day at the Shanghai International Circuit, aiming to advance to higher-level racing in the future.

Chen Siyuan and Ye Zhengyang completed multiple laps driving the OK Racing & LEVEL Motorsports car during this test. These two rising star drivers, who have previously competed in various high-level one-make series, demonstrated excellent single-lap times throughout the test sessions and also completed extensive endurance racing driving training.

After completing the test, Chen Siyuan and Ye Zhengyang summarized: "Our lap times were quite good this time, but due to weather conditions, we were unable to complete the long-distance test, so our absolute speed in the race has yet to be verified. We also need more time to adapt to this GT3 car. This is a whole new chapter for us."
