Streets themselves are not designed for racing; their bumpy surfaces and unpredictable road conditions create their unique "character." Crucially, drivers lack regular on-track practice and can only rely on limited pre-race practice time to efficiently master every corner and every straight, quickly adjusting and adapting their cars.
