Racing Driver LEI Kit Meng

LEI Kit Meng, born on December 30, 1967, is a Macanese auto racing driver with a career spanning several racing series. He competed in two races of the 1998 British Formula Three Championship for Carlin Motorsport. Between 2000 and 2007, he participated annually in the Formula Three races at the Macau Grand Prix, achieving his best finish of tenth place in 2001 while racing for Fortec Motorsport. In 2006, he also competed in the Asian Formula Three Championship.

LEI also owns RPM Racing Team, a team that competes in touring car racing in Asia. In 2008, the team tried to enter two cars for the World Touring Car Championship end-of-season round, the Race of Macau, with LEI driving a Toyota Altezza. However, the team wasn't allowed to compete because their cars didn't comply with FIA safety requirements. In 2009, RPM Racing Team partnered with China Dragon Racing for the Race of Macau, with LEI driving a BMW 320si. More recently, LEI won the Macau Roadsport Challenge in both 2023 and 2024, showcasing his continued success in local racing events.

Despite an incident in the 2019 Macau Touring Car Cup where he hit a barrier and was later black-flagged for not stopping promptly, LEI Kit Meng has maintained a presence in the racing scene. Information from 2024 indicates that he achieved the fastest time in the Macau Roadsport Challenge Free Practice, driving a Subaru BRZ, and went on to win the race. His recent victory in the Macau Roadsport Challenge demonstrates his ongoing commitment to motorsport and his ability to secure wins on his home circuit.
