After a pandemic-enforced hiatus, the TCR South East Asia (SEA) Championship successfully returned in 2024 and is set for a bigger eighth season in 2025, with more drivers and teams expected.
Championship Overview:
- Six-event calendar across Malaysia, Thailand, and South Korea
- Final round joined by TCR World Tour competitors
- Eurasia Motorsport fields two competitive Hyundai Elantra N TCR cars
Provisional 2025 Calendar:
- Rounds 1-2: Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia – May 2–4
- Rounds 3-4: Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia – June 6–8
- Rounds 5-6: Buriram International Circuit, Thailand – July 11–13
- Rounds 7-8: Buriram International Circuit, Thailand – August 1–3
- Rounds 9-10: Inje Speedium, South Korea – September 13–15
- Rounds 11-12: Inje Speedium, South Korea – October 17–19 (with TCR World Tour)
Race Format:
- Two 55 km races (max 30 mins each) per event
- Two qualifying sessions: 20 mins (Q1) and 10 mins (Q2)
- Race 1 grid based on combined qualifying times
- Race 2 grid reversed for top Q2 finishers
- Overall, Cup (Amateurs), and Team championships awarded
