Cao Hong Wei

Cao Hongwei, a rising star in the Chinese racing world, is known for his excellent driving skills and deep love for racing. His racing career began with karting. He started karting at the age of 6 and won the annual rookie award in the National Karting Championship at the age of 10. At the age of 12, Cao Hongwei won the annual championship of the National Karting Championship, and at the age of 13, he represented China in the Karting World Championship and won fourth place. At the age of 15, he participated in the Asian Renault Formula Championship and won the second place in the international group and the first place in the Asian group. In 2009, the 16-year-old Cao Hongwei entered the field of circuit touring car racing and made a big splash in the CTCC China Touring Car Championship, winning the Shanghai station championship and becoming the first minor champion in the history of CTCC.
