News & Announcements China Shanghai International Circuit April 21

From April 25 to 27, the 2025 China GT China Supercar Championship will officially kick off the new season at the Shanghai International Circuit. The Incipient Racing team will send three Audi racing cars to form a strong lineup to meet new challenges.

The new season of China GT officially started the pre-season test at Ningbo International Circuit. Incipient Racing, Xiao Min independently drove an Audi R8LMS GT3 Evo II racing car to participate in it, and accumulated a lot of data during the two-day test, laying a good foundation for the new season.

The opening two rounds will be officially launched at the Shanghai International Circuit. Incipient Racing, Xiao Min will continue to drive the No. 51 Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II car independently; the No. 68 Audi car will be driven by Xing Yanbin and RAY WU; Air Tong, who will represent the team in the SRO GT Cup, will partner with Chen Sitong to drive the No. 69 Audi R8 LMS GT4 car to participate in the GT4 category.

Xiao Min completed nearly 100 laps in the previous Ningbo pre-season warm-up race. After a long winter break, he regained his best driving condition through pre-season warm-up. Shanghai International Circuit is one of the tracks he is most familiar with. I believe he will make further progress in the Shanghai race and work hard to get on stage!

Due to time conflicts, Xing Yanbin and RAY WU were unable to participate in the pre-season warm-up match. They will partner together in the first round. Both drivers have extremely rich experience in racing and racing, and their years of partnership have allowed them to fully understand each other. In the opening match, the two drivers aim to reach the podium in their respective categories!

Air Tong and Chen Sitong will drive the No. 69 Audi R8 LMS GT4 to participate in this China GT race. Air Tong drove the same car in the SRO GT Cup during the F1 China race weekend. Despite missing two practice sessions, he still showed strong speed in the race! Chen Sitong has extensive experience in driving the same type of racing car. He successfully finished the Shanghai 8-hour endurance race in the rain and stood on the podium of the group. He fully cooperated with his teammates in the Zhuhai race at the end of the year and took the stage in two rounds!

The Shanghai International Circuit is the venue for the F1 Chinese Grand Prix. The single lap is 5.451 kilometers long and has 16 curves of various types, including combination curves that test driving control skills, exciting high-speed curves and low-speed turnarounds. The longest straight is nearly 1.2 kilometers, which is one of the most challenging tracks in China.

Incipient Racing is ready to go, looking forward to the official start of the new season of the China GT China Supercar Championship, and also looking forward to the five drivers to perform well in the competition and achieve more success!
