No. 96 Chen Wei'an, who represented Harmony Winhere Racing, won the championship by overtaking on the last lap. No. 131 Ye Sichao of GAHA Harmony Racing also gave a wonderful performance in the race. **

The SRO GT Cup Shanghai race, held at the same venue as the F1 Chinese Grand Prix, took the lead in two rounds of pre-race practice on Friday. Chen Wei'an released a strong speed in both practice sessions, taking the first place in both practice sessions, and in the second pre-race practice session (qualifying preliminaries), he became the only driver who achieved the 2:10 mark on the day with a time of 2:10.968. Ye Sichao ranked sixth and eighth in the two pre-race practice sessions on Friday.

However, Chen Wei'an encountered challenges in the qualifying session on Saturday morning. He was once in the top three of the standings after the start, but his fastest lap was cancelled due to running out of the track boundary at Turn 16, and he finally ranked fourth with 2:11.393. Affected by the red flag during the race, Chen Wei'an's second fastest lap ranked only twelfth, and he will chase from the back in the final on Sunday.

Ye Sichao performed stably in the qualifying round, and won the seventh place in the whole field and the second place in the AM group with his personal fastest lap of 2:12.800. His second fastest lap ranked fifth in the whole field and the first place in the AM group!

The first round of the SRO GT Cup Shanghai Station finals started on time at noon. Chen Weian, who started from the second row, started quickly and successfully broke into the top three after the start of the race, and then launched an offensive against the opponents in front.

The race was followed by a safety car due to an accident. Chen Weian kept the pace and launched another attack after the race resumed. He eventually broke through the opponent's defense in the last 5 minutes of the game and was promoted to second place in the whole game.

Chen Weian, who had secured the runner-up spot, then launched an attack on the champion, catching up with the leading driver and creating a threat. As the race came to the last lap, Chen Weian launched a general attack. With precise line selection and the excellent product performance of WINHERE Braking, the No. 96 Audi R8 LMS GT4 EVO car passed the opponent at Turn 14 and won the championship!
Ye Sichao, driving a BMW, also performed well. He successfully maintained his position after the start and continued to lead the AM group. He continued to move forward steadily even after the safety car was deployed. However, Ye Sichao unfortunately encountered mechanical problems at the end of the race and had to return to the maintenance area early to end the first round of the race.

After winning the first race, the Harmony Racing team will face the second round of the SRO GT Cup Shanghai Station on Sunday. Stay tuned!
