Miki KOYAMA

Miki Koyama, born on September 5, 1997, in Yokohama, is a Japanese racing driver who has made a name for herself in various racing series. Koyama began her racing journey in karts at the age of five, competing both in Japan and internationally. After attending the Formula Toyota Racing School, she transitioned to Japanese F4 in 2015.

Koyama's career highlights include racing in the W Series from 2019 to 2021 and becoming the first woman to win an FIA-sanctioned, all-gender single-seater championship when she secured the 2022 Formula Regional Japanese Championship. As part of the Toyota Gazoo Racing Driver Challenge Program, she has also competed in Super GT, Super Taikyu, and Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia. In 2024, she participated in Formula E's first all-female test session for Lola Yamaha ABT.

Koyama's achievements extend to winning the Kyojo Cup in both 2017 and 2018. She continues to be a prominent figure in Japanese motorsports, aiming to inspire and break barriers for women in racing. Her participation in diverse racing series showcases her versatility and determination to succeed at the highest levels of motorsport.
