Massimo Ciglia

Massimo Ciglia, born on October 29, 1980, in Lovere, Italy, is an Italian racing driver with a strong entrepreneurial background and a deep-seated passion for motorsports. From a young age, he honed his skills through driving simulators and online e-sports, before transitioning to real-world racing at the age of 37. He quickly adapted to the demands of the track, making his debut in 2017 in the Peroni Group's Master Tricolore Prototypes series, where he impressively finished 4th overall in his first race at Franciacorta, securing a win in his category and ultimately clinching the "Young Timer" class championship that season.

Ciglia continued to demonstrate his talent in various categories, consistently improving his results. In 2020, he tested an LMP3 prototype, though his racing year was cut short. In 2021, he made his Lamborghini debut, narrowly missing out on the World Finals title in the AM category by a single point. His breakthrough came in 2022 when he secured the PRO-AM title in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe Championship with the Oregon Team. In 2023, Ciglia returned to national competition, joining Imperiale Racing and winning the Italian GT Sprint Championship in the GT3 AM category behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo.

In 2023, he was listed as 42 years old and partnered with Giuseppe Fascicolo in Imperiale Racing. His favorite track is Spa Francorchamps, and his motto is "Work hard, race harder." Recent results include participation in the 2024 Italian GT Championship - Endurance - GT3 Am, where he achieved 3rd position at Monza.
