Huang Ying is a very capable Chinese racing driver who plays for Pingtan International Tourism Island Ruixing Team & FORCE RACING, Willy Team, etc. In 2022, in the first round of the final station of the GIC Touring Car Open, he drove the No. 11 car of the Willy Team to win the overall championship of the Open B Group. 2023 was a fruitful year for him.
