LEVEL Motorsports takes the stage again

TOYOTA GAZOO Racing China GR86 Cup 2025 will return to Ningbo International Circuit to start the third round of the season. Looking back at the last round, LEVEL Motorsports entered the elite group (MT) with a lineup formed by Hu Hanzhong and Chen Junfu, and achieved a better result than the opening game, winning the runner-up in the second round final.

Both drivers of LEVEL Motorsports have shown extraordinary strength in the arena. Hu Hanzhong once stepped onto the podium in the opening race in Shanghai and won the third place in the elite group (MT); Chen Junfu once participated in the national endurance race.

Chen Junfu said before the race that the Ningbo race was very challenging: "This is my first time at Ningbo International Circuit. The curb is a major feature of the Ningbo circuit. How to deal with the curb and find a stable and correct driving route is the key issue."

Round 1: Fierce duel, moving forward against the wind

LEVEL Motorsports performed well at the beginning of the Ningbo race. Hu Hanzhong had a fierce lap time duel with his opponent in the qualifying round and finally won the second place in the whole field. Chen Junfu won the sixth place in the group.

In the first round of the final, Hu Hanzhong played steadily in the fierce battle at the start, and moved forward from the third place in the whole field. Afterwards, Hu Hanzhong caught up with the opponent in front, launched a fierce offensive, and continued the offensive and defensive duel. In the fierce battle, the cars of both sides came into contact, and Hu Hanzhong also experienced fluctuations in ranking, and finally finished fifth in the group. Chen Junfu also encountered challenges in this round and failed to show his full strength.

Round 2: Go one step further and win the runner-up

After the challenge in the first round, Hu Hanzhong regained his spirits and threw himself into the second round with a fiery state. Hu Hanzhong started from the seventh place in this round, and quickly rushed to the front row after the start, taking the second place in the whole field and launching an attack on the leading opponent in front.

Hu Hanzhong and his opponent had a long battle for the championship, and the exciting scenes of close combat and side-by-side cornering were frequently staged. With unremitting efforts, Hu Hanzhong once broke through the opponent's defense line and came first in the whole field. In the second half of the game, raindrops began to fall. Hu Hanzhong once again fought with the opponent who was catching up from behind, and finally finished second in the elite group (MT), and achieved a better result than the Shanghai station.

Hu Hanzhong said after the race: "My start was relatively smooth in this round, and then I followed my opponent all the way forward and staged a very exciting fight with my opponent. I thank all the team members for their hard work and help me maintain the vehicle in such a good condition."
