LEO Racing Rookie Debuts in Ningbo
From July 4th to 6th, the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing China GR86 Cup 2025 concluded its third round of the season at the Ningbo International Circuit. LEO Racing supported rookie Lü Yifei, who battled hard in the fierce competition of the Excellence Class (AT).

A Powerful Team, Multi-Dimensional Attack
LEO Racing is a renowned and powerful team in the Chinese motorsport world. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Tianjin, it is a representative team in China's domestic racing scene. The team has excelled in various disciplines, including GT, touring cars, and endurance racing, and has trained many outstanding drivers, achieving outstanding results in national-level Formula, endurance, and touring car racing.
LEO Racing will participate in the 2025 season. At the opening race in Shanghai, LEO Racing fielded renowned automotive media personality Liu Zejin, also known as "Brother Liu," and renowned driver Liu Ran, bringing home an impressive victory in the Advanced Class (AT) with one first and one second place. At the second race in Ningbo, the team assembled a strong lineup of Lü Yan and Lin Qi, securing third place in the Elite Class (MT). At the third race in Ningbo again, LEO Racing teamed up with rising star Lü Yifei for his racing debut.
Lü Yifei said before the race: "My preparations for this race were rather rushed, but overall I quickly familiarized myself with the characteristics of this car. It's easy to control and a lot of fun. This race is highly competitive, and it's a great opportunity to hone my skills."

Exciting attack and defense, outstanding performance
During the third race, Ningbo experienced persistent high temperatures, putting a severe test on the competitors' physical fitness and mental toughness. Lü Yifei, a first-time competitor, finished sixth in his category in qualifying.
In the first round final, Lü Yifei put in an impressive performance after the start, briefly placing second in his category and engaging in a thrilling battle with his opponents. Although Lü Yifei faced challenges later in the race, his impressive performance was still impressive.
In the second round final, Lü Yifei once again delivered an impressive performance, joining the fierce cross-category multi-car battle, ultimately finishing fourth in his category.
After the Ningbo race, the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing China GR86 Cup 2025 will next visit Chengdu. We look forward to another outstanding performance from LEO Racing.
