2025 China GT Zhuhai kicks off the second half of the season

From June 20 to 22, 2025, the China GT China Supercar Championship, hosted by the China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation and organized, operated and promoted by TOP SPEED Shanghai Qingsu Event Planning Co., Ltd., will head to Zhuhai International Circuit to start the third race of the 2025 season.

In the first battle of the second half of the season, the top teams and racing players will gather again at the legendary landmark of Chinese motorsport, striving to win the championship trophy in the "Romantic City". At the same time, for all participants, the points gained in this race are also particularly important.

2025 China GT Zhuhai Station Provisional Entry List

The GT3 category, which has presented peak confrontations many times in the past two races, will undoubtedly continue the extremely hot competition pattern, with as many as 16 cars appearing in the provisional entry list. The FIST Team AAI No. 90 BMW M4 GT3 EVO car, which remained undefeated in the first four rounds of the finals, ushered in the return of the main fighter Lin Yu. After winning two overall victories in the opening race in Shanghai, he will once again join hands with Erik Johansson to strive to extend the team's winning streak. The team's other BMW car will be driven by Chen Yinyu and the young Finnish player William Alatalo, who has been active in the Formula and GT fields in recent years.

Origine Motorsport will maintain the same lineup to attack Zhuhai. The combination of Lv Wei/Xie Xinzhe, who have entered the podium many times, will drive the No. 55 Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO car and work tirelessly to achieve further breakthroughs. Gu Meng and Min Heng, strong contenders for the GT3 AM group championship, will also continue to partner and drive Origine Motorsport's No. 77 Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II.

610Racing, a new force in the GT field, sent out a strong lineup of three Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO IIs and a Porsche 911 GT3 R. The No. 33 Audi car will be driven by Yang Baijie; Bao Tian, who has already appeared in the GTC group, will be promoted to the GT3 group and drive the No. 62 Audi car alone to accept the new challenge; the No. 915 car will be driven by Pan Deng and Yang Xiaowei. The driver combination that controls the only Porsche GT3 car on the field is Xu Zefeng and Li Xuanyu.

Harmony Racing team's Zhang Yaqi will partner with Liao Qishun to drive the No. 50 Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II to participate in the competition. The two four-ring GT3 cars of 33R Harmony Racing will be driven by Jiang Nan/Yang Haojie and Liu Hangcheng/Lu Zhiwei respectively.

The GAHA Racing team, which debuted with a new look, will compete with a two-car lineup. The team will put a brand new BMW M4 GT3 EVO racing car in the flagship category, with Bian Ye participating alone. Li Hanyu/Ou Ziyang will fight under Team DIXCEL by GAHA Racing, driving the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO.

Climax Racing's No. 710 Ferrari 296 GT3 is driven by Chen Fangping and Elias Seppanen. The local UNO Racing Team welcomes Chen Yechong and Song Yiran to partner up again. This golden combination will be at home and drive the No. 98 Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II to meet challenges from all sides. Youpeng Racing will be driven by Shen Jian and Cao Qikuan in the Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO.

The number of participants in the GTS category continues to expand, and the Zhuhai race will usher in a strong dialogue between six major teams. Maxmore W&S Motorsport Team Moritz Berrenber (No. 927 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport), GAHA Racing Team Wang Yongjie/Wu Shiyao (No. 7 BMW M4 GT4) and RSR GT Racing Team Tian Weiyuan/Han Liqun (No. 977 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport) have all maintained full attendance records this season.

Climax Racing team Yin Jinchao/Yu Yuanlin (No. 222 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport) also continue to partner up and return to the track. 610Racing team's new star driver combination Wang Jiahao and Gan Erfu will drive the No. 9 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport and make their debut in the national GT championship. Also making their GTS group debut is Zhuhai resident team TEAM KRC. The powerful young player He Zhengquan, who dominates the Formula One arena, will join hands with GTSSC race champion Ruan Cunfan to drive the No. 58 BMW M4 GT4 EVO to participate in the competition.

In the GTC category, Pang Changyuan and Li Sicheng of the Yinqiao ACM by Blackjack team will once again drive the Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 to challenge for the category crown.

The first test run of the 2025 China GT Zhuhai Station will start this Friday. The two qualifying rounds and the first round of the GT3 and GTS/GTC groups will be held on Saturday, and the second round of the race will be held on Sunday. Please stay tuned.
