On the afternoon of March 29, the 2025 China GT China Supercar Championship pre-season warm-up race came to a successful conclusion at Ningbo International Circuit. Wang Yibo participated as a racer, driving the No. 85 Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II with his partner Fang Junyu. He performed steadily under bad weather conditions and finally won the runner-up and successfully stepped onto the podium.

In the practice session on March 28, Wang Yibo accidentally ran off the track due to the slippery track and severe water accumulation. Fortunately, he was not injured and continued to train after a short adjustment. In the race, facing continuous rain and extremely slippery roads, Wang Yibo and Fang Junyu overcame many difficulties with excellent teamwork and superb driving skills, and finally finished second.

Wang Yibo has continued to make efforts in the field of racing in recent years. Not only has he achieved good results in motorcycle events, but he has also participated in many car events and won numerous awards. In October 2024, he teamed up with Fang Junyu at the Zhuhai International Circuit and won the championship and runner-up in the GT Sprint Challenge series. His outstanding performance at the Ningbo International Circuit once again proved his professional strength in the field of racing.
