Racing Driver Xia Yu

Xia Yu, born in Shanghai in 1984, is 180cm tall and weighs 74kg. He obtained the qualification of a racing driver at the age of 19 and is now a certified instructor of the China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation. Since participating in the POLO Cup in 2005, Xia Yu has been deeply involved in the field of racing for 15 years and has achieved many important results: the annual driver championship of the China Cup Group of the 2015 CTCC China Touring Car Championship, and the runner-up of the 1600T Group of the National Cup of the Zhuzhou Station of the 2022 CEC China Automobile Endurance Championship. He has played for well-known teams such as the Shanghai RSR Team and the GAC Toyota YARiS L Zhixuan Team. He has been on the podium many times in events such as CTCC and POLO Cup, showing a stable competitive level. As a technical driver, Xia Yu has participated in the research and development testing of Lynk & Co 03 and has unique insights into the vehicle chassis tuning and power system. During his career, he also went to Germany as a representative of the China-Germany Driver Exchange Program to compete, further expanding his international vision.
