🏁 Key Race Operations & Infrastructure

Start Procedure

A standing start will be used, triggered by the FIA Formula 1 starting light system. Cars must be stationary and fitted with all four wheels at the 3-minute signal, and engines must be running at the 1-minute signal.

Flag & Light Signals

Flag signals will be supplemented by light panels, with precedence given to the most safety-critical instruction (e.g. Red Flag > Safety Car > Double Yellow). Drivers must obey the safest option in case of a conflict.

Stop-and-Go Penalties

All stop-and-go penalties will be served in the competitor’s designated pit area. The team is responsible for timing the stop duration, which will be monitored by official timekeepers.
