SilverRocket AME Formula Team plays a strong note on the track

SilverRocket AME Formula Team made its debut in the 2024 Dongpeng Special Drink FIA F4 Formula China Championship. Main driver Li Jia successfully ended the team's first season with an outstanding performance as the runner-up of the Masters Group. In the 2025 season, SilverRocket AME Formula Team set off again and sounded the strong sound of the field again.

SilverRocket AME Formula Team has achieved fruitful results in the past season. Masters driver Li Jia has reached the group podium 13 times and won the group championship four times. The team also applied the experience learned in many aspects such as technology, teamwork and competition strategy to this season's competition.

The characteristics of the unified race and the high popularity of the event are the two key factors that made Li Jia and SilverRocket AME Formula Team choose to continue to compete in the Dongpeng Special Drink FIA F4 Formula China Championship. "The first is the unified race, with new cars. The second is that there are more contestants, more than 20 cars, which should be the largest single unified race in China."
Compared with previous years, the new season's event has been upgraded in many aspects. Among them, the appointment of the new event director Pauline Schoofs left the deepest impression on Li Jia. "Race Director from abroad has obvious changes in this regard, more strict and more standardized."
Embracing opportunities
SilverRocket AME Formula Team competed in this season's competition with a single-car lineup. In the season opener in Ningbo, Li Jia completed multiple overtaking on the track in the first round and won the third place in the Masters Group. Entering the second final day, Li Jia won the runner-up in the Masters Group in the third round and stepped onto the podium in the fourth round again, creating a strong start for the new season.
The second race of the season moved to Shanghai International Circuit. Li Jia maintained a stable performance, won the runner-up of the Gentleman Cup in the fifth round, won the Gentleman Cup in the sixth round, and brought back another group trophy in the eighth round.
The last race before the summer break came to Zhuhai. Li Jia believes that Zhuhai International Circuit, as an important part of the Dongpeng Special Drink FIA Formula 4 China Championship every season, is a track that tests technology. "Relatively speaking, Zhuhai Station is easier to drive, but it also tests technology more."
Before the Zhuhai Station, the Masters driver also regarded the rain battle as an opportunity to compete for good results: "It may rain this weekend, which will be a big advantage for me."
In the two-round finals on Saturday, Li Jia also improved several positions on the dry and wet track, and finally won the runner-up in two groups. In the eleventh round final on Sunday, SilverRocket AME Formula Team went one step further. Li Jia rose 6 positions in the competition and won the Gentleman Cup championship. Li Jia once again stepped onto the group podium in the twelfth round.
Expecting a breakthrough
Looking forward to the annual competition of the Dongpeng Special Drink FIA F4 Formula China Championship, this season's Masters Group brings together many powerful drivers, who are also familiar rivals to Li Jia. "80% of the Masters Group are old rivals."
Li Jia said that the biggest competitor in this season's group competition is luck, and changes in the track situation will determine the competition points and the annual competition pattern.
