FFA Racing, Maxmore W&S Motorsport, Blackjack Racing compete in CGT

The China GT China Supercar Championship will start the 2025 season from April 25 to 27. This season, there will be four sub-stations and a total of eight rounds. The opening game will be held at the Shanghai International Circuit, which just hosted the F1 Chinese Grand Prix. The new year's competition of the China GT China Supercar Championship continues to attract many top teams and drivers to participate. Racing heroes from all over the country will jointly present the highest level of competition in China's GT racing.

The Youpeng Racing team will continue to send Shen Jian to drive the No. 91 Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO car to participate. The Maxmore Racing team will be driven by the main driver Mortiz Berrenberg and Finn Zulauf to drive the No. 927 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport car. The Blackjack Racing team officially announced that it will appear with the No. 2 Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO, and the car will be driven by Pang Changyuan and Li Sicheng.

Youpeng FFA Racing Team

This season will be the fifth consecutive season for Youpeng Racing to participate in the top GT events in the country after the 2021 GTSSC to 2024 GTSC seasons. The team will make every effort to break through and strive to go to the next level in the new chapter of the China GT Chinese Supercar Championship.

The No. 91 Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO car is driven by the team founder and driver Shen Jian and Cao Qikuan. Shen Jian and Cao Qikuan have excellent results in GT events and are proficient in the driving skills of Mercedes cars. Not only have they been on the podium of many GT3 Masters in GTSC events, but they have also won the annual championship and third place driver honors in the GT3 Masters category of the 2024 GTSC season.

Maxmore W&S Motorsport

Maxmore W&S The Motorsport team will continue to compete in the new season with Mortiz Berrenberg and Finn Zulauf driving the No. 927 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS. The team participated in the GTSC for the first time in 2024 and won the GT4 category in four rounds of the event. Starting in 2025, it won the two-round category championship of the SRO GT Cup.

Moritz Berrenberg partnered with the 19-year-old young talent Finn Zulauf in his first domestic GT race in 2024 and won the first place in the GT4 category at the Shanghai Circuit, as well as the third place in the GT4 category of the 2024 GTSC season. Moritz Berrenberg has also participated in endurance events such as the Shanghai 8-Hour Endurance Race, and has professional driving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to different racing cars. Although Finn Zulauf only started driving a GT car last year, his performance was amazing. He won the honor of the group champion in the four GT events he participated in in China.

Blackjack Racing Team

The Blackjack Racing team not only has excellent performance in a series of top events such as endurance races and Formula Championships, but also demonstrated excellent driving performance and efficient teamwork in the 2024 GTSC, and maintained stable competitive output in top events in different fields, and continued to accumulate track experience and create excellent results.

Experienced driver and team leader Pang Changyuan and the technically outstanding new generation driver Li Sicheng will team up again to form the No. 2 car group. In the final battle of the 2024 GTSC season held in Zhuhai, this pair won the two-round championship of the GTC category with a dominant performance and won the title of GTC category runner-up of the year. In the new season of 2025, the two drivers will join forces again to meet the challenges of the new season with a more mature cooperation system and strive to win more podium honors.
