Masahiko Kageyama, born on August 8, 1963, is a former Japanese racing driver with a career highlighted by success in both touring car and formula racing. Kageyama began his racing journey in Japan, achieving significant milestones early on. He clinched the All-Japan Formula Three Championship in 1989, showcasing his open-wheel talent. His versatility shone through in touring car racing, where he won the inaugural Japanese Grand Touring Car (JGTC) championship in 1993 driving a Nismo Nissan Skyline GT-R R32. He then went on to secure the next two consecutive JGTC titles, establishing himself as a dominant force.

Kageyama's career extended beyond domestic championships, as he also participated in prestigious international events. Notably, he joined Nissan Motorsports teammates Aguri Suzuki and Kazuyoshi Hoshino to co-drive a Nissan R390 GT1 to a third-place finish at the 1998 24 Hours of Le Mans. After retiring from professional racing, Kageyama transitioned into the business world and is currently the CEO of M-Proto Inc., a company based in Fujisawa, Kanagawa, specializing in brake pads. His younger brother, Masami Kageyama, also followed in his footsteps as a racing driver, competing in JGTC and at Le Mans.
