Robert Prilika

Robert Prilika is an accomplished American racing driver with over 30 years of experience across various motorsports disciplines. Born and raised in the United States, Prilika has competed successfully in NASCAR, IMSA, Grand Am Rolex Series, USSS, SCCA World Challenge, Club Racing, IRL, AMA Motocross, NASA, and Porsche Club events. His versatility is further highlighted by his participation in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC), where he has secured a division championship in a ZR1 Corvette. Prilika's career is marked by over 200 combined road racing wins at renowned racetracks such as Daytona, Watkins Glen, VIR, and PPIR.

Prilika's achievements extend beyond driving. He earned the 2003 championship in IMSA-Grand American Road Racing for Daytona Prototypes. In 2017, he won the Time Attack 2 Production class at Pikes Peak, driving a 2009 Chevrolet Corvette. He has also achieved over 30 top-ten finishes in circle track racing, including NASCAR, USSS, and Grand AM events, and holds various track records. Moreover, Prilika's contributions to motorsports include team ownership, sponsorship, and business ventures providing racing chassis and components.

In 2019, Prilika was inducted into the Colorado Motorsports Hall of Fame, recognizing his multifaceted success and his influence on fellow competitors. He has also mentored notable drivers such as Sebastian Bourdais and Lucas Luhr. More recently, Prilika has been associated with Shelby American, driving Shelby vehicles at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, including a Shelby GT500SE in 2022 and a Shelby F-150 Super Snake Sport in 2023. In 2022, his GT500SE run marked the fastest time for a street-legal production car on the mountain.
