Michael Patrizi is an Australian racing driver with a diverse career spanning various motorsport disciplines. Hailing from Western Australia, Patrizi began his racing journey in karts, securing the 2002 National Championship in the Formula 100 class and finishing as runner-up in the CIK-FIA Asia-Pacific Championship the same year. Progressing through the ranks, he transitioned to Formula Ford in 2004 before venturing into the Formula BMW Asia series in 2005 and the UK the following season.
Patrizi's experience extends to the Formula 3 Euroseries, where he competed for the Prema Powerteam. Upon returning to Australia, he showcased his versatility by racing in a host of machinery, including Supercars and Porsche Carrera Cup. In 2012, Patrizi's V8 Supercars career was noted as progressing "relatively strongly". In addition to his racing career, Patrizi established Patrizicorse in 2012, which has become a powerhouse in international Karting competition.
Beyond his on-track endeavors, Patrizi has remained deeply involved in the karting scene. He is the owner of Patrizicorse, a leading business in the grassroots industry of karting, and the official Birel ART and Ricciardo Kart race team in the Oceania region. Patrizicorse also manages young drivers and provides racing services, achieving significant success, including a World Championship win in 2019. He also participated in the FIA Karting International Masters Super Cup in France in 2022.
