João Paulo Lima de Oliveira, born on July 13, 1981, is a highly accomplished Brazilian racing driver who has achieved significant success, particularly in Japanese motorsports. Currently, he competes in the Japanese Super GT series and the FIA World Endurance Championship, showcasing his versatility and skill on the global stage.

De Oliveira's career boasts an impressive list of achievements, including Super GT GT300 class championships in both 2020 and 2022. A Formula Nippon title in 2010 further solidifies his reputation as a top-tier driver. Known for his exceptional speed and car development expertise, he spent 13 years as Nissan's official factory driver in Super GT and Super Formula.

Before his success in Japan, de Oliveira honed his skills in various Formula series, winning the South American Formula Three (Class B) in 1999, the German Formula Three in 2003, and the Japanese Formula Three championship in 2005.
