Hiroki Yoshimoto

Hiroki Yoshimoto, born on September 2, 1980, in Osaka, Japan, is a versatile Japanese racing driver with a career spanning various racing series. Yoshimoto began his racing journey in 1999, competing in Japanese Formula Junior 1600 before progressing to Japanese Formula Toyota in 2000. His early career included stints in Korean F1800 and Japanese Formula Three.

Yoshimoto gained international experience in the GP2 Series, racing for BCN Competicion in 2005 and 2006. He also participated in the GP2 Asia Series in 2008 and 2009. In addition to single-seater racing, Yoshimoto has been a consistent presence in the Super GT series, driving for various teams, including LM Corsa. His Super GT career highlights include a win at AutoPolis in 2019. He has driven a Lexus RC F GT3, GR Supra GT and other GT cars in the GT300 class.

Notably, Yoshimoto is not only a racing driver but also a vocalist for the Japanese rock band doa, under the name Daiki Yoshimoto. This unique combination of talents showcases his diverse interests and capabilities.
