De Japan Cup Series is een autosportcompetitie die in Japan wordt gehouden voor grand tourer (GT) auto's, met zowel GT3- als GT4-specificaties. De Japan Cup Series, georganiseerd door SRO Motorsports Group en Team Asia One GT Management, begon in 2022. Oorspronkelijk onderdeel van de GT World Challenge Asia, werd de Japan Cup Series in 2024 een onafhankelijke serie. De serie staat bekend om races op prominente circuits zoals Suzuka International Racing Cursus, Fuji Speedway en het internationale circuit van Okayama.
