TCR China Touring Car Championship

The TCR China Touring Car Championship is a touring car racing series based in China. The series was officially launched in December 2016, ahead of a five-round 2017 championship season, with the slight name change from Chinese to China. It is sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and is part of the TCR World Touring Car Championship umbrella.

The series is open to production-based touring cars that comply with the TCR regulations. These regulations are designed to create a level playing field between different makes and models of cars. The series features a number of international teams and drivers, as well as many local Chinese competitors.
