Finn GEHRSITZ

Finn Gehrsitz, born on September 25, 2004, is a rising German racing driver currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) for Akkodis ASP / LEXUS. Gehrsitz began his motorsport journey with karting at the age of five, inspired by his father's passion for rally driving. What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a serious pursuit, fueled by a love for speed.

In 2020, Gehrsitz transitioned from karting to car racing, making an impressive debut in the Porsche Super Sports Cup at the Hockenheimring, where he won his first two races in GT4 machinery. The following year, he joined Phoenix Racing to compete in the Michelin Le Mans Cup (LMP3), becoming the youngest driver ever to participate in the championship at just 16 years old. In 2022, Gehrsitz raced in the European Le Mans Series (LMP3 class) for United Autosports.

In January 2025, it was announced that Gehrsitz would make his WEC debut with Akkodis ASP Team, driving the Lexus RC F GT3 #78 alongside Ben Barnicoat and Arnold Robin. His early experience in prototypes and GT racing, combined with his Silver FIA driver rating, positions him as a promising talent in the world of endurance racing. Outside of racing, Gehrsitz enjoys kickboxing, cycling, and skiing.
