He lives in Noisy-le-Roi with his wife, Guenaelle Longy, a motorsport journalist for Eurosport. Together, they share a love for racing and enjoy hobbies outside of their professional commitments. Pilet continues to compete in the IMSA SportsCar Championship, showcasing his enduring talent and dedication to the sport. As of 2025, he has 46 wins, 125 podiums and 20 pole positions out of 292 starts.
