Sam Paley is an American racing driver with a diverse background spanning various racing disciplines. Born on June 13, 2002, Paley has been honing his skills since the age of six, starting with go-karts and progressing through formula cars and sports cars. His early career was marked by multiple go-karting championships, setting a strong foundation for his transition to higher levels of racing.
Paley has actively participated in several IMSA series, including the Mazda MX-5 Cup, Michelin Pilot Challenge, and Mustang Challenge, as well as the Formula 4 United States Championship. A significant achievement came in 2021 when he earned the Rookie of the Year title in the IMSA Mazda MX-5 Cup. Between 2021 and 2023, he secured an impressive nine podium finishes and four pole positions in the same series. He achieved a front-row start in the GT4 class of the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, demonstrating his adaptability across different car types.
