About Jim Pla

Jim Pla, born on October 6, 1992, is a French racing driver with a diverse career spanning various motorsport disciplines. Pla began his racing journey in 2007 in the Formula Renault Campus France series, where he secured a win and finished sixth overall. He then progressed to Formula BMW Europe in 2008 and continued in 2009, achieving fifth place with four wins.

In 2010, Pla stepped up to the Formula 3 Euro Series with ART Grand Prix, finishing tenth with one win. He also made an appearance in the GP3 Series. Pla's career has significantly focused on GT racing in recent years. He has competed in the GT World Challenge Europe, GT4 European Series, and the French FFSA GT Championship. He secured 3rd in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS - Sprint Cup - Silver in 2021. In 2022, he was the GT4 European Series Pro-Am Cup vice-champion.
