About Daniel Ros

Daniel Roos, born on February 10, 1989, is a Swedish racing driver with a successful career in various racing categories. Roos began his racing journey in karting, where he became the Swedish champion in the ICA class in 2004. Transitioning to formula car racing in 2005, he quickly made his mark by winning both the Swedish and Nordic Formula Ford championships, achieving podium finishes in nearly every race. That same year, he also participated in Formula Ford Great Britain, securing a podium finish in one of the four races he entered. His achievements earned him the Rydell Special Award.

In 2010, Roos demonstrated his versatility by winning both the Formula Renault 2.0 Sweden and Formula Renault 2.0 North European Zone championships. In 2011, Roos transitioned to the Swedish GT Series, driving an Audi R8 Le Mans GT3. He also participated in two races in the Camaro Cup and made an appearance in the Scandinavian Touring Car Championship. The following year, he competed in the Radical European Masters and continued in the Swedish GT Series.

Roos has an impressive track record, boasting 57 wins and 112 podium finishes out of 212 races started. His early success in karting and Formula Ford, followed by his achievements in Formula Renault and GT racing, showcases his talent and adaptability as a racing driver.
