Adrian Amstutz

Adrian Amstutz is a Swiss racing driver born on March 29, 1973, in Kurinacht. He began his racing career in 2012 and has primarily competed in GT racing, making a name for himself in various series such as the 24H Series, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, and Blancpain GT Series. He has been associated with teams like Imperiale Racing and Barwell Motorsport.

Amstutz has achieved significant success in his career, particularly in the Am categories of endurance racing. Notably, he was the Am Champion in the Blancpain Endurance Series (BES) in 2018, securing two wins. That same year, he also won the Am class at the prestigious Spa 24 Hours. In 2019, he continued his success in BES with two more Am wins. Earlier in his career, he claimed the Pro-Am Championship in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo in 2016, with an impressive seven wins. He also secured a class victory at the Dubai 24 Hours in 2014 (A6-Pro).

While often competing as an Am driver, Amstutz has shown consistent performance and the ability to contend for class wins in highly competitive GT events. In 2018, after a severe crash at Spa in the previous year where he was saved by track marshals, he returned to win the Total 24 Hours of Spa, which he is eternally grateful for. Although he stepped away from racing in 2020 due to clashing business commitments, his prior achievements mark him as a notable competitor in the GT racing scene.
