Timothy George

Timothy George (born December 21, 1980) is an American professional stock car racing driver. George began his racing career in the 2005 Skip Barber Racing School Southern Series after being a chef and attending a sports car event. He quickly transitioned into the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series, competing for TRG Motorsports in 2007 and 2008. In 2008, he earned the Rookie of the Year award and secured a race win at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

George moved into stock car racing, joining the ARCA Racing Series in 2008. He initially drove for TRG Motorsports and Eddie Sharp Racing before joining Richard Childress Racing (RCR) in 2010. His breakthrough moment in ARCA came at Pocono Raceway in 2011, where he clinched his first win in a rain-shortened race. Leading only the final two laps, the race was called due to rain, darkness, and fog. His performance in 2011 earned him a seventh-place finish in the season points standings, marking his best career result in the ARCA Racing Series.

Throughout his career, George also made occasional appearances in NASCAR's second-tier series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series (formerly Nationwide Series), and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series between 2009 and 2011. His first start in the Truck Series was at Phoenix International Raceway in 2009, and his debut in the Nationwide Series occurred at Road America in 2010.
