Roman Aleksandrovich Rusinov, born on October 21, 1981, is a Russian auto racing driver with a career highlighted by success in endurance racing. Rusinov began his international racing career in 1999. In 2000, he became the first Russian driver to win an international race in Europe after winning the International Renault Finals in French Formula Renault. His early career included a pole position in Euro Formula 3000 at the Nürburgring in 2003.

Rusinov achieved significant success in the Le Mans Series, winning the LMP675 class at the 1000 km of Le Mans in 2003 and securing the GT2 class championship in 2004 with Ferrari Modena. Transitioning to the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), he competed with G-Drive Racing from its inaugural season in 2012 until 2021. During this time, he secured four titles in international endurance championships and consistently finished in the top three of the FIA WEC LMP2 class from 2013 to 2016, including a championship title in 2015. He also has two Le Mans 24 Hours LMP2 podium finishes. In 2018, he won the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) championship.

In 2023, Rusinov expanded his racing endeavors into rally raids, participating in the Russian Rally-Raid Championship and the Silk Way Rally, where he secured a runner-up position. The following year, he won the Silk Way Rally in the T3 category. Early in 2025, Rusinov returned to endurance racing, driving a Graff Racing-run Rossa LM GT at the Dubai 24 Hour. Throughout his career, Rusinov has been associated with G-Drive Racing and has driven various cars, including those under the Aurus banner.
