Tadasuke Makino

Tadasuke Makino, born on June 28, 1997, is a Japanese racing driver currently competing in Super GT for Team Kunimitsu and in the Super Formula Championship for Dandelion Racing. Makino's career began with karting in 2004, progressing to formula racing in 2014. He quickly made his mark, dominating the Super FJ and JAF F4 series. In 2015, he finished second in the FIA F4 Japanese Championship.

Makino advanced to the Japanese Formula 3 Championship in 2016, securing multiple podiums. He then ventured into European racing, competing in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship and later the FIA Formula 2 Championship. A significant highlight of his international career was winning the Feature Race at Monza in the 2018 Formula 2 season with Russian Time.

Since 2019, Makino has been a prominent figure in Japan's domestic racing scene. He returned to Japan to participate in the Super Formula for the team Nakajima Racing. He has achieved considerable success in Super GT, including winning the GT500 class championship in 2020 with teammate Naoki Yamamoto for Team Kunimitsu. He continues to be a strong contender in both Super GT and Super Formula, showcasing his talent and determination on the track.
