Aaron Lim Say Joon, born on June 22, 1985, is a Malaysian racing driver with a career spanning various racing disciplines. Lim began his motorsport journey in karting, achieving significant success by winning the Malaysia Junior Karting Championship in 1999 and the Malaysia Senior Karting Championship in 2002. He further honed his skills competing in several karting events in Europe from 2002 to 2004, including Italian, French, European, and World Championships. In 2004, he represented Malaysia at the Asian Karting Championship in Macau, securing a dominant victory and setting a new lap record.

Transitioning to formula racing, Lim competed in Formula BMW Asia in 2005 with Minardi Team Asia, achieving five top-five finishes and two podiums, finishing 8th overall despite a limited budget. He continued in Formula BMW Asia in 2006 with Eurasia Motorsport, improving to 5th overall with a second-place finish and multiple top-five results. Aaron also has experience in A1GP, Formula V6 Asia, Asian Touring Car Series and Merdeka Millenium Endurance Race.

More recently, Aaron Lim Say Joon participated in the 2024 Motul 12 Hours of Sepang, driving the #5 Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II for Absolute Racing alongside Haziq Zairel Oh and Hairie Zairel Oh.
