Morgan Burkhard

Morgan Burkhard is an emerging talent in the world of motorsports, hailing from the United States. Born and raised with a passion for speed, Burkhard began his racing journey at the young age of six, honing his skills in karting under the tutelage of veteran Le Mans 24 driver Francois Duret, where he raced the 50cc Honda-powered Sodi kart for three years. He quickly transitioned through various racing disciplines, including short-track oval racing in a Bandolero and autocross in a Junior B-class cadet kart, where he clinched the DC Region Solo Championship. In 2023, Burkhard's talent and dedication were recognized when he received the prestigious SCCA Jim Fitzgerald Rookie of the Year Award.

In 2024, Burkhard made his mark in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge series, competing in the TCR class with Victor Gonzalez Racing Team, achieving a best finish of second at VIRginia International Raceway. Demonstrating his versatility and adaptability, Burkhard has signed a three-year contract with Czabok-Simpson Motorsport (CSM) beginning in 2025. This move marks his transition to the Grand Sport (GS) class, where he will pilot the Porsche 718 Cayman Clubsport GT4 RS.

Beyond his on-track endeavors, Burkhard is committed to giving back to the racing community. He has worked as a coach and instructor for organizations like MPG Race Factory and Skip Barber Racing School, sharing his knowledge and passion with aspiring drivers. Burkhard also understands the value of sim racing, utilizing platforms like iRacing to refine his skills and help bridge the gap between the virtual and real worlds of motorsport, even co-founding Parallel Racing Group to help drivers develop skills in the sim world they will need in a real race car.
