Roman Shane de Beer, born on October 6, 1994, is a former South African racing driver. De Beer's career began in karting in 1999, where he spent most of his time racing in South Africa. He progressed through the junior ranks and ultimately won the ROK Cup International Final in 2010.
In 2010, De Beer transitioned to single-seaters, joining the Formula Abarth series in Italy with Scuderia Victoria World. He achieved podium finishes at Imola, Varano, and Vallelunga, finishing ninth overall in his first season.
