Shinya Michimi is a Japanese racing driver with experience in both open-wheel and sports car racing. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1993, but currently residing in Tokyo, Michimi's career began with karting in the United States before he transitioned to racing in Japan. In IMSA, Michimi has driven for teams like Meyer Shank Racing, participating in the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup races.
