Dennis Olsen

Dennis Olsen, born on April 14, 1996, is a highly accomplished Norwegian racing driver currently making his mark in the world of GT racing. Olsen's career began at the young age of five in karting, quickly progressing through the ranks to become a Norwegian karting champion by 13. He transitioned to single-seater racing, showcasing his talent in various Formula Renault competitions, where he finished as runner-up in the Formula Renault Eurocup in 2014.

Olsen's career took a significant turn when he joined the Porsche Junior program in 2016. He impressed in the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany, finishing third overall that year before claiming the title in 2017. That same year, he also secured the runner-up position in the Porsche Supercup. These achievements paved the way for a successful career in GT racing. Olsen has competed in prestigious events such as the Porsche Supercup, European Le Mans Series, Nürburgring 24 Hours, 24 Hours of Le Mans, GT World Challenge Europe, and the FIA World Endurance Championship. A highlight of his career came in 2019 when he won the Intercontinental GT Challenge title.

In 2024, Olsen joined Ford as a factory driver, competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship and GT World Challenge Europe with Proton Competition, highlighted by a podium finish at Le Mans with the Mustang GT3. For 2025, he will continue in the World Endurance Championship with Proton Competition and will also participate in the endurance rounds of the IMSA WeatherTech Championship with Ford Multimatic Motorsports.
