Jin NAKAMURA

Jin Nakamura, born on February 1, 2006, in Chiba, Japan, is a rising star in the world of motorsports. Currently, at 19 years old, Nakamura is already making waves in both Super GT and Super Formula Lights, showcasing his versatility and talent across different racing disciplines. He is also a part of the prestigious TGR Driver Challenge Program, which aims to develop young drivers for success in top-tier racing both in Japan and internationally.

Nakamura's journey began in karting back in 2012. His career gained significant momentum in 2020 when he won the All-Japan Kart Championship in the FP-3 class. Transitioning to formula racing, he made his debut in the 2022 F4 Japanese Championship with TGR-DC Racing School. In his debut, he secured a win and two podiums. The following year, 2023, he finished as runner-up in the championship, demonstrating consistent performance with multiple wins and podium finishes. In 2024, Nakamura stepped up to Super Formula Lights with TOM'S. He also debuted in Super GT's GT300 class with apr, driving the LEXUS LC500h. He expanded his horizons further by competing in the Formula Regional Middle East Championship and Formula Regional European Championship with R-ace GP in 2025.

Nakamura aims to showcase his driving and presence in 2024, despite being a rookie driver. He is determined to grow steadily and believes that results will follow. He aims to compete in three categories this season: SUPER GT, Super Formula Lights, and Super Taikyu, switching his driving style accordingly for each category.
