Esteban Ocon

Esteban José Jean-Pierre Ocon-Khelfane, born on September 17, 1996, is a French racing driver currently competing in Formula One for Haas. Ocon's journey to Formula 1 was supported by his family's sacrifices, selling their home to fund his early karting career. He began karting at the age of nine, securing multiple national and international titles before transitioning to single-seaters. In 2014, he won the FIA Formula 3 European Championship, followed by the GP3 Series title in 2015.

A member of the Mercedes Junior Team, Ocon made his Formula 1 debut at the 2016 Belgian Grand Prix with Manor Racing. He then drove for Force India and Racing Point before becoming a reserve driver for Mercedes in 2019. Ocon returned to a full-time racing seat with Renault in 2020, achieving his first podium at the Sakhir Grand Prix. In 2021, driving for the rebranded Alpine team, he secured his maiden Formula 1 victory at the Hungarian Grand Prix. After a stint with Alpine, he moved to Haas for the 2025 season. As of the 2025 Australian Grand Prix, Ocon has achieved one race win, one fastest lap, and four podiums in Formula One.
