Daniel Ricciardo, born on July 1, 1989, in Perth, Western Australia, is a highly popular and experienced Australian racing driver. Known for his infectious smile, on-track overtakes, and podium "shoey" celebrations, Ricciardo brings a unique blend of talent and personality to the world of Formula 1.

Ricciardo's journey to F1 began in karting at the age of nine, quickly progressing through the junior racing ranks. After success in Formula Renault and Formula 3, he made his Formula 1 debut in 2011 with HRT before moving to Toro Rosso. A promotion to Red Bull Racing in 2014 marked a significant turning point, where he secured multiple Grand Prix victories and consistently challenged for podiums. His notable wins with Red Bull include the Canadian Grand Prix in 2014, as well as victories in Hungary, Belgium, Azerbaijan, China and Monaco. After a stint with Renault and a win with McLaren at the Italian Grand Prix in 2021, Ricciardo returned to the Red Bull family as a reserve driver before joining AlphaTauri (now RB).

Throughout his career, Daniel Ricciardo has earned a reputation as a fierce competitor and skilled overtaker.
