David Crampton

David Crampton is an Australian racing driver with a background in the Radical Australia Cup before transitioning to GT racing. Born in Sydney, Crampton made his Australian GT debut in the CAMS Australian GT Championship in 2018, driving a KTM X-Bow GT4 for Interlloy/M Motorsport, partnering with Trent Harrison. He had spent the four years prior to his GT debut in the Radical Australia Cup, achieving podium finishes in the championship for the last two of those years.

Crampton's move to GT racing was motivated by a desire for a different challenge, sparked by his experience in the 12 Hour race. He noted the KTM X-Bow GT4's strong mechanical grip and the unique driving technique it required. In January 2025, Crampton participated in practice for the Bathurst 12 Hour, driving an Invitational KTM and setting a time of 2:14.0970s.
