Alex Riberas

Alex Riberas Bou, born on January 27, 1994, is a Spanish racing driver making a significant impact in the world of sports car racing. Riberas began his motorsport journey in karting in Spain in 2007. Progressing through the ranks, he transitioned to single-seaters, competing in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 championship, with his best season finish being 6th in 2011.

Riberas found his niche in sports car racing. Since 2020, he has been a part of the Heart of Racing Team, becoming an Aston Martin factory driver. He currently competes in the IMSA SportsCar Championship and the FIA World Endurance Championship. A highlight of his career includes a class victory at the 12 Hours of Sebring in 2015. In 2023, he debuted in the FIA World Endurance Championship and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, finishing 6th in class. In 2025, Riberas will make his Hypercar debut in the FIA World Endurance Championship driving the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH for The Heart of Racing Team.

Riberas has achieved success in various series, including the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany and the Porsche Supercup. His career highlights include winning the Sebring 12 Hours, a Porsche Supercup race win at the Circuit of the Americas, and runner-up positions in the Asian Le Mans Series and Blancpain GT Sprint Series.
